Reiki Level 3 in the Usui Method

In this 6 hour Reiki class students will be introduced to the Advanced Training of Level 3. Each student will also be offered the Attunement to Reiki Level 3 (Usui).  This serves as a basic Syllabus for the class.

Main Focuses of the Class include the Following:

• Discussion of students' experiences with Reiki thus far (questions answered)
• A review of Usui Reiki Levels 1 and 2
• Evolution of a System - Traditional Reiki versus Modern Reiki
• Meditations: Opening the Class, Deepening Connection, Preparing for Treatment, Closing the Class 
• Review of the 3 Healing Symbols and Their Uses
• Discussion of the Attunement (What is it? What happens?)
• Instruction (some will be review) and Practice in the Treatment Techniques employed by Dr. Mikao Usui: touching, massage, tapping, stroking, blowing, gazing, energy
• Byosen - sensing trouble areas - practice scanning the body, learning what different sensations denote about the body
• Each participant receives an Attunement if s/he wishes
• Practice the Attunement process with a partner (Live Hands on, or from a distance/across the room)

Students will leave with a deeper understanding of the energy matrix of the human body, and understand how Reiki plays a role in that process. The Attunement process take approximately 21 days to complete. This is why Reiki classes are offered 3 weeks apart. This is minimum time-frame to place between classes.

In this class, I also teach the logistics of setting up your own class and some individual work on Creating Who You Are for your students.  This is a personal experience and often gives you an additional sense of purpose as a Reiki Student/Practitioner.
