Individual In-Person Sessions
In a typical session Tara uses a combination of Usui Reiki, Crystal Healing and Chakra Balancing to bring harmony back to your energy field. Usui Reiki uses the natural energy accessible to all of us and directs it for harmony and balance.  Crystals are placed  on or near your body according to Chakra location of areas of discomfort.   This is a meditative experience and people feel the Reiki or Crystals at varying levels.  Everyone reports a deep sense of relaxation.  Sessions last about an hour.
